Tenant Happiness Guarantee
Should we fail to resolve any issues to the tenant's satisfaction concerning the condition of the rental property within 30 days of their move-in date, we will permit the tenant to terminate their lease. In such cases, a full refund of the security deposit will be provided, except in instances where damage has occurred. It is important to note that tenants remain liable for rent payments for the duration of their time in the property.
